we try to keep things simple around here when it comes to mealtime. quick, healthy, and as few dishes as possible are the elements of a perfect meal as far as i'm concerned. if there are left overs than it's perfect. our signature meal is breakfast for dinner: pancakes with fruit, whipped cream, eggs, potatoes and ham. yum.
